Ⅰ. Shipping Policy Overview

Ⅱ. Service Area

We currently ship within Australia, including:

  • All states and territories

  • Major metropolitan areas and most regional areas

The following regions may not be accessible or require further confirmation:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote postal code areas)

If you're unsure about whether your address is within our service area, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

Ⅲ. Shipping Fees and Pricing

  • Orders of 140.00 AUD or more: Free shipping

  • Orders below 140.00 AUD: Flat rate of 8.00 AUD for shipping

All product prices include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method.

The total amount shown at checkout is the final payment, with no hidden fees.

Ⅳ. Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the same day

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the following day

    • Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Shipping Time: Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Expected delivery within 7-13 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and shipping conditions.

We work with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipping, and all orders are trackable online.

If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Ⅴ. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking link

You can track your order status and expected delivery date at any time.

Ⅵ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon receipt.

If you find any of the following, take clear photos and contact customer support within 48 hours:

  • Lost or misdelivered packages

  • Severely damaged packaging

  • Damaged or defective items

We will assess the situation and offer replacements or refunds as appropriate.

Any returns or extra costs due to incorrect shipping details or contact information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

Ⅶ. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Within 72 hours of placing your order, you can contact customer support to request changes to the delivery details or cancel the order.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
