Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have the right to request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days after receiving your product.
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Ⅲ. Conditions for Acceptance
Returns, refunds, or exchanges can be requested under the following conditions:

No Reason Return: Customers can return items without providing a specific reason.
Ⅳ. Return Request Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our after-sales support team with the following information:

Proof of payment (such as a screenshot or receipt)

A clear product photo or related video
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (PDF) and a link for downloading shipping instructions.
After receiving the label, please properly pack the item to be returned, print the label, and affix it to the package.
The prepaid label (PDF) is valid for 7 calendar days, so the item must be handed over to the designated carrier within that period.
Ⅴ. Return Conditions and Fees

For returns within 14 days, both shipping and handling fees are covered by us.
Ⅵ. Refund and Exchange Processing

Exchange: Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned item, the new product will be dispatched immediately with a tracking number.

Refund: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

The refund should be received within 10-15 business days.
